ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Closing arguments wrapped up Monday in the trial of Jamie Busch, the woman accused of killing her sister and dumping her body in the Genesee River.
Jamie Busch is charged with second-degree murder and tampering with physical evidence in the death of Penny Busch, whose body was recovered in October 2024. Prosecutors allege Jamie strangled her sister before disposing of her remains in the river.
