ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A parole warrant has been issued for a Rochester man accused in a police pursuit that ended in a serious crash involving a city bus earlier this month.
The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision said Community Supervision staff had already begun investigating David Robinson’s arrest when a judge in Rochester City Court released him on his own recognizance Feb. 20.
According to DOCCS, parole officers completed their investigation later that same day and issued a warrant for Robinson. The search, involving parole officers, the agency’s Office of Special Investigations and local law enforcement, is ongoing…
