Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Judge Van White is explaining the next steps in the case of a suspect accused of choking a woman and injuring a Rochester police officer as White faces increased scrutiny for releasing the man without bail.
White approved 13WHAM’s camera request for Friday’s hearing for the suspect, Oritsegbegbemi Nanna, 40, of Rochester, to help us get a better understanding of the case. White allowed us to record audio and video of the proceedings, but not of the defendant.
