Investigators are working to learn more about the death of a disabled man in Rochester.
Police found Timothy Green, 33, bruised, extremely thin and unresponsive in a bathtub at a St. Paul Street apartment on Feb. 17. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The apartment belonged to Green’s mother, who tried to block authorities from performing an autopsy on her son. Her request was denied due to the circumstances, but Green’s cause of death has not yet been announced…
