ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man will spend 13 years in federal prison for distributing the fentanyl that led to a deadly overdose in Brockport, federal prosecutors announced Monday.
Herschel Dawson, 35, was sentenced Monday after being convicted of fentanyl distribution, according to prosecutors.
