Irondequoit, N.Y. — A former East Irondequoit Central School District teacher took a test for a student and harassed her to lie about the incident, according to misdemeanor complaints obtained.
David Burchell, who taught English as a new language, was arrested on charges of aggravated harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, according to a district statement Thursday.
