ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — RG&E customers may notice, after logging in online, that there are some changes to the “My Account” dashboard.
According to RG&E, the purpose of these changes is to provide customers with more information and to help them understand their bills.
Some of these new additions include color-coded billing statuses to help customers understand their account condition, important billing information being displayed in larger font sizes, and a new “Take Action” button offering current usage and cost to compare to data from previous pay periods…
