Gov. Hochul addresses detention center concerns in meeting with U.S. Border Czar Tom Homan

ALBANY, N.Y. — Gov. Kathy Hochul met privately this week with U.S. Border Czar Tom Homan. The meeting took place in Albany.

This discussion occurred as Border Patrol plans to establish a detention center inside the federal building on State Street in Rochester. Hochul said controversial detention centers were a topic of conversation.
