Man on life support after overnight crash in Irondequoit

Irondequoit, N.Y. — A Wayne County man was critically injured in a crash at a traffic circle early Monday, according to Chief Scott Peters from the Irondequoit Police Department.

Peters said the driver, a 44-year-old man from Walworth, failed to negotiate the traffic circle at Sea Breeze Drive and Titus Avenue around 2:10 a.m. and rolled his pickup truck.

First responders removed the unconscious and unresponsive driver from the truck, according to Peters, before he was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and placed on life support…
