Rochester welcomes back Veo e-bikes and scooters

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — As the weather gets warmer, the City of Rochester is bringing back a partnership to support sustainable transportation with the return of Veo e-bikes and scooters.

In 2025, Veo and the City of Rochester reported over 600,000 rides were taken. This year, Rochesterians are encouraged to consider the shared mobility service once more as an option for transportation to promote affordability and community connections.

As e-bikes and scooters roll out on Monday, riders are reminded to wear helmets, follow traffic laws and ride with traffic, practice at slower speeds, and to avoid riding under the influence or with two people on one Veo…
