ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A statue has been taken from a local Catholic church on Lake Avenue.
A statement written by the pastor of Holy Cross Church read:
“The statue of Our Lady at the Grotto at Holy Cross has been taken. We have filed a police report and ask that the statue be returned, no questions asked. Please join me in praying for the person who removed the statue and its safe and immediate return.”…
