A Wayne County inmate convicted in the 1990 killings of a teen and a toddler could be released this week, according to RochesterFirst.
Prosecutors say Chad Campbell, now in his 40s, stabbed 15-year-old Cindy Lewis and 1-year-old Curtis Rizzo in Palmyra when he was 14. The New York State Board of Parole granted him a potential release date of March 12 after previous denials.
