PALMYRA, N.Y. — Chad Campbell, the man convicted of murdering his teenage classmate and an infant in Wayne County in 1990, has been released on parole, records show.
Campbell, now 50, was 14 at the time of the murder. Investigators found that he raped and stabbed his 15-year-old classmate, Cindy Lewis, killing her, in Palmyra in August of that year. He also killed a 17-month-old, Curtis Rizzo, whom Lewis was babysitting.
Campbell began serving his sentence of 18 years to life in prison starting in 1996. Officials told News10NBC that he will be paroled in Erie County, instead of Wayne County…
