Search continues for parolee indicted in RTS bus crash after skipping court hearing

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Authorities continue to search for a parolee who was released and then indicted in connection with a police chase that ended in a crash involving an RTS bus last month.

New York State Police said troopers saw David Robinson, 42, of Rochester fail to use his turn signal within 100 feet of a turn near Hollenbeck Street and Avenue D Feb. 17, prompting the pursuit. Robinson ran a red light at the intersection of Clifford and Hudson avenues and crashed into an RTS bus, which then struck a female pedestrian who became pinned under the vehicle, according to state police.
