ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A dog is now with Rochester Animal Services (RAS) after police say it bit a 10-year-old girl.
It happened at a home on Dewey Avenue in Rochester around 2 p.m. Friday. A News10NBC photojournalist was there when the dog was loaded into an RAS van.
