ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester’s neighborhood of the arts has a brand new cannabis dispensary.
FlynnStoned Cannabis Company held a grand opening in the Village Gate Plaza on Friday. It’s celebrating with a daylong event called ‘The Art of Elevation.’
