ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A group of four people were caught looking inside cars on Prince Street overnight, sparking concerns.
A neighborhood resident named Steve sent footage to News10NBC showing the group arriving in their car.
Steve said he hit his car’s panic button, causing the group to flee back to their vehicle. Steve said this was the second attempt in two weeks…
