A fugitive wanted for Attempted Murder in Louisiana has been located and arrested in Upstate New York.
St. Patrick’s Day was not so lucky for 23-year-old Ethan T. Middleton as New York State Police, patrolling the New York State Thruway, were alerted to be on the lookout for his vehicle.
