Rochester, N.Y. — A man described as a “violent fugitive” faces charges for a shooting in the city earlier this month.
Authorities said Ronn Keitt-Smith, 25, shot a 23-year-old woman in the upper body during a domestic incident March 7, causing non-life-threatening injuries.
