ROCHESTER, N.Y. — An 18-year-old woman was shot early Saturday morning on West Ridge Road.
Rochester police responded to Orange Street around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday for a report of a person shot. Officers found the woman with at least one gunshot wound to her lower body.
