ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Firefighters battled a two-alarm fire at an apartment building on North Clinton Avenue and Ward Street.
Lt. Howard Villegas from the Rochester Fire Department said several companies were called to the scene. He said at one point, the fire was growing quicker than expected, which is when it was decided to call a second alarm.
