$18M improvement project begins in Rochester’s Bull Head neighborhood

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The city of Rochester’s Bull’s Head neighborhood is getting a makeover.

The neighborhood in the southwest quadrant will renovate properties on both sides of West Main Street and hopefully make for safer roads.

Sidewalks, lighting and streetscape features will be upgraded, and key intersections will be reconfigured. An off-street cycle track will be installed as well…
