ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Webster Police Department is looking for information after they received a report of an unsupervised child at the Phillips Village apartment complex.
As of Tuesday morning, there has been no indication that a child is missing, and police have not found anyone matching the description in the report.
