ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A woman has been sentenced to prison for the death of her 3-year-old son.
Andrea Lipton was sentenced to six years in prison, plus two years of post-release supervision, for the death of Kei’mere “Moochie” Marshall. Prosecutors said Lipton delayed getting help for the boy after her boyfriend, Anthony Love, severely beat him.
