ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The landlord of Black Button Distilling’s University Avenue facility is suing the distillery’s new owners.
The landlord claims American Craft Distilling didn’t pay rent for this month and removed some equipment in a way that damaged the property. Not all the equipment is out, meaning the landlord can’t rent to a new tenant yet.
The landlord is demanding more than $625,000 in damages…
