An Upstate New York man and his 14-year-old son have been arrested and charged with assaulting police.
WHAM reports the Rochester Police Department responded Monday to a domestic incident on Clifford Avenue in Rochester, N.Y. Investigators said Elio-Enrique Azuaje-Hasma, 33, punched a family member in the face, causing injury.
Police said Azuaje-Hasma, who had an outstanding warrant for aggravated harassment, attempted to run back inside when officers tried to take him into custody. According to the RPD, he and his teen son allegedly began fighting with officers, “repeatedly striking” them…
