ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 24-year-old man is facing charges after Rochester Police say he assaulted and threatened his girlfriend in front of a child.
Marcus King is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, aggravated criminal contempt, assault, menacing, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say on Thursday, King got into an argument with his girlfriend in a car on St. Paul Street. During the argument, police say it is believed King punched her in the face and threatened her with a handgun, all in front of a 2-year-old.
