ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — For the first time, the family of one of the victims recovered from the deadly Forbes Street fire is sharing their story, remembering a devoted father and calling for more understanding around his struggles before his death.
Rochester police confirmed this week that 50-year-old Frederick Dixon was one of two people found in the rubble of the former Trinity Inter-Faith Church following a December fire. The second victim, 39-year-old Laticia Hollins, was identified shortly after the incident.
