ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Webster Comfort Care Home hosted its inaugural Meat Raffle Fundraiser on Saturday.
During the event, attendees participated in raffles for a chance to win prizes of select meats and seafood from Meat Man Dan’s Meat Raffles. There was also a chest freezer giveaway.
The money collected from ticket sales will go towards the care home’s work to provide services and support to individuals and their families going through end-of-life care. Without government funding, the organization relies completely on community help through fundraising efforts…
