Penfield, N.Y. — A parolee faces charges following a fight that injured another man at Wegmans on Penfield Road.
Tyshaun Radcliffe, 28, got into a fight with another man near the store’s cash registers Feb. 24, cutting the man in the face with a “sharp instrument,” according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
