VICTOR, N.Y. (WROC) — Residents at an apartment complex in Hilton and businesses in Victor were left dealing with significant flooding Wednesday after heavy overnight rain overwhelmed parts of the Rochester area.
At Hilton Village 2, several tenants woke up around 6 a.m. to water rushing into their homes after a creek behind the complex overflowed, according to a fire marshal on scene.
