VICTOR — A Rochester man already in custody on a separate felony charge is facing an additional count of petit larceny after deputies say he failed to pay for merchandise at Eastview Mall.
Timothy Keels, 48, was charged April 1 at the Ontario County Jail following an investigation into a March 28 incident at JCPenney, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
