A Newark man is facing felony driving while intoxicated charges following a traffic stop early Saturday in the Village of Palmyra, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say Ryan Todd Hall, 29, was taken into custody after being stopped for multiple traffic violations and later found to be operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Hall was charged with driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction within the past 10 years, as well as driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher with a previous conviction — both felony-level offenses.
