Hilton, N.Y. (WHAM) — On March 31, a severe thunderstorm brought heavy flooding into the nearby carnival grounds when Salmon Creek overflowed.
“It’s a little high right now, but that’s because of the rain,” former Fire Chief Mike Lissow said, walking along Salmon Creek in Hilton.
