‘We cannot go away’: Monroe County invests $4.5M into Delphi Rise clinic

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A major investment into Delphi Rise/Open Access has been announced by Monroe County.

The county will be investing $4.5 million in opioid settlement funding to sustain Delphi Rise’s 24-7 open-access clinic for the next five years.

“Addiction does not operate on a nine-to-five weekday schedule,” Monroe County Executive Adam Bello said. “Crisis does not wait for business hours, and treatment shouldn’t wait either.”…
