Rochester woman charged with DWI after early morning stop in Palmyra

A speeding vehicle moving through a 30 mph zone in the early morning hours Saturday led to a DWI arrest in the Village of Palmyra, police said.

An officer initiated a traffic stop just after 2 a.m., triggering an investigation that resulted in multiple charges after authorities determined the driver was intoxicated.
