U.S. marshal reveals how Perinton kidnapping suspect was tracked down at Long Island hotel

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Federal authorities say a suspect in a Perinton abduction case was found and arrested at a Long Island hotel hours after three victims were located safely in Rochester.

Amar Abdulla Saleh, 26, is charged with three felony counts of second-degree kidnapping. He is accused of abducting 54-year-old Mouna Omar Saleh Ali, her 9-year-old son and her 7-year-old daughter Saturday from a home in Perinton, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
