Rochester, N.Y. — Four residents were displaced by a fire early Saturday morning on the city’s west side.
Crews responded to several calls around 6 a.m. for people trapped in a house fire on Smith Street with heavy smoke and flames coming from the building, according to the Rochester Fire Department.
