BELVIDERE — A new food truck centered on char-broiled Angus beef burgers with classic grill marks aims to bring a taste of Coach’s Corner to places around the region.
The restaurant debuted its new Iron Gate food truck on Thursday in honor of International Burger Day. It’s stationed at Coach’s Corner, 622 S. State St., until 8 p.m. tonight to celebrate its first day in business. The truck will then be available for booking and has already been slated to appear at a few upcoming birthday celebrations, retirement parties, golf outings and other events…
