FREEPORT, Ill. (WTVO) — An armed Chicago man was arrested in the driveway of a Freeport home after the owner reported seeing a suspicious vehicle parked in the driveway.
According to the Stephenson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the 1500 block of South Adams Avenue around 3:32 a.m..
