ROCHELLE, Ill. (WIFR) – A 63-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night following a multi-agency drug investigation in Ogle County.
Harvey D. Haars, of Rochelle, is charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and unlawful possession of a controlled substance (suboxone).
Around 7:30 p.m., July 7, the Ogle County Special Operations Unit carried out a search warrant at a home in the 900 block of N. Main Street in Rochelle. Authorities say the search comes after a multi-month narcotics investigation.
