ROSCOE, Ill (WTVO) — Roscoe Police arrested a man following reports of shots fired at a gathering early Saturday.
According to police, officers were dispatched to the area of Porter Park around midnight regarding a large gathering. While officers were en route, they received reports that shots had been fired.
