ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A Gallup poll gives Illinois a D+ when it comes to healthcare costs in the Prairie State.
Twenty-one percent of survey respondents reported healthcare costs as a major financial burden for their household and 30% reported skipping necessary care because they couldn’t afford it.
That’s where a team up between two area non-profits comes in: the Employers Coalition of Health (ECOH) announced its official membership in the Midwest Business Group on Health (MBGH).
