BELOIT — A Beloit man was arrested after he was found with vodka, fentanyl and a crack pipe. He was in a running vehicle outside the home of a high school acquaintance.
A witness called police after she found Caleb T. Dahm, 28, in a car outside her house. She reported she knew Dahm from high school as a drug addict. He appeared to be sleeping at the time of her call.
According to the criminal complaint, the officer spotted Dahm in the driver’s seat of a running Buick. His head was bobbing up and down but he was “not really aware.” The officer saw a rolled-up dollar bill on Dahm’s lap, a container on the front passenger seat, a baggie in a cupholder with a white rock-like substance that was later confirmed to have .4 grams of fentanyl, and Monaco Blue Crush — a brand of canned cocktail — in another cupholder.
