SOUTH BELOIT, Wis (WTVO) — A dog is dead after reports that dogs were left outside in extreme heat without shelter, according to the South Beloit Police Department.
Police said officers were dispatched around 12:32 p.m. Monday to assist Winnebago County Animal Control with a deceased dog in the 400 block of Clark Street.
