ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — An Illinois Lego creator has designed the first-ever Sock Monkey bobblehead made of Lego bricks, displaying his prototype at the Midway Village Museum.
The model stands 14 inches tall and is constructed from just more than 1,400 bricks. The creation process took Lilliebridge a few months to design and build.
Nathan Lilliebridge is now seeking online support to help turn his custom Sock Monkey design into an official LEGO set. Supporters can vote for the design here to help push the project toward production consideration…
