ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Fire responds to a house fire early Thursday evening.
Firefighters were called to the 800th block of Alliance Ave just after 6:14 p.m. for a report of a residential structure fire, with units spotting smoke coming from the house’s eaves and chimney. Fire crews extinguished the fire within 20 minutes, and no injuries were reported. The home was unoccupied.
The cause of the fire is under investigation…
