MACHESNEY PARK, Ill. (WTVO) — A family has been forced from their home after a fire damaged a Machesney Park residence on Friday.
The fire occurred at a home with an attached garage in the 500 block of Ames Avenue.
According to the Harlem-Roscoe Fire Protection District, most of the fire was contained to the garage, but flames spread into the home.
One person was evaluated by medical personnel at the scene. No one was taken to the hospital, officials said…
