ROCKFORD — A restaurant chain that specializes in made-from-scratch breakfast and lunch options is preparing to open its first location in the city.
A Scramblers franchise is moving to 747 S. Perryville Road, which is in the Perryville Commons space next to Chipotle. First MidWest Group, which owns the property, announced the plans this week. No timeline for the opening was announced. Interior construction work has not yet begun.
