BELVIDERE, Ill. (WTVO) — The Belvidere Park District hosted the “Up in the Air” festival at Prairie Fields Park, giving local families an opportunity to gather outdoors for a day of park activities.
The event featured kite-flying demonstrations along with inflatables, games, crafts and painting. Organizers created the festival as a way for community members to spend time outside together.
